Greater Cincinnati Computer offers a full array of services. 

Repairs and Upgrades:  Done in store or on your site.  Anything from a simple memory upgrade to a full network install, no job is too big or too small.

In Store Service:  We are a full service repair shop conveniently located to most suburbs in the  Cincinnati area.  If you can't get your system to us, no problem, we'll come to you.  We do offer a pick up and delivery service if needed.

On Site Service:  Almost all our services offered in store are extended to our on site customers.  We understand that there are times and situations which prohibit the down time of your system or network.   We do everything within our power to get you back up and running in a seamless operation. 

Networking:  Whether you are adding a work station or installing a T1 and a new server configuration, we can help.  We have 20+ years experience ranging back to the Windows 3.x era and DOS.  MCSE certified techs will be on site to set up your server to maintain your company as well as configuring the security of your server and network.

Data Recovery:  Data recovery services are offered in store only.  We have systems devoted to the task of saving your data from that failing hard drive.  A diagnostic is usually reached within 24 hours and a recovery within 48 hours after that.  We do offer a pick up and delivery service if needed.  For more information click here.

Web Site Design, Hosting and Housing:  Let us build your companies world wide web presence.  Packages range from a single page on line brochure to a full blown e-commerce site.  Call us to arrange a fact finding meeting.

Rates for Greater Cincinnati Computer Networking & Repair Services
On Site:
            Server Work      $120/hour
            Consulting          $120/hour
            PC Work             $ 90/hour
            Networking        $ 90/hour
          In Store:
         PC Work              $75/hour
                   Data Recovery $120/hour

  • Applicable taxes and materials will be added to the Service Order – Invoice.    

  • Services are billed in 15-minute increments. There is a 1-hour minimal charge.

  • Any onsite service beyond 15 miles from Greater Cincinnati Computer around Cincinnati will be charged an additional $35 response fee.

    Payment is expected at time of service. Greater Cincinnati Computer accepts cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Amex and Discover.
